About The Role

You will build Scimplify's Aerospace & Defence business from the ground up. The first focus is long-term supply of raw materials for land defence vehicle programmes, followed by aerospace, space and other defence platforms.

You will own the full cycle: mapping the market, winning OEMs,



Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and public sector undertakings as customers, running government bids, and closing long-term agreements with sound margins. You will work with our R&D;, sourcing and manufacturing teams to turn customer specifications into qualified, reliable supply.

This is a builder role. You will set up the pipeline, processes and customer base that the A&D; vertical grows on.

Key Responsibilities

Business development

• Map the Indian A&D; market: land defence vehicle programmes, aerospace, space, and the OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and PSUs behind them.
• Build and run a pipeline through customer profiling, lead generation, face-to-face meetings and relationship building.
• Win new customers for Scimplify's raw materials, advanced materials and specialty chemicals.

Long-term agreements and contracts

• Negotiate and close long-term supply agreements (LTAs), MSAs and tri-party agreements w
