Job Purpose:The job purpose of a Shift Engineer - Cluster - Backend in the cell process is to lead and oversee the backend production operations of solar cell manufacturing. This role involves managing and optimizing critical processes like fine line printing, firing,



work on completion of already defined DOEs and report compilation like screen design, paste development , ensuring efficient production, maintaining high product efficiency, promoting a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and industry standards effectively.

Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance :

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work setting. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Production Oversight

• Supervise backend production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets while optimizing process efficiency and resource utilization.
