About the Role
Valuable Enough Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically strong and process-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Control to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of BESS components and systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, inspection checklists, and quality standards.
• Inspect battery packs, electrical wiring, busbars, connectors, and electrical assemblies.
• Perform electrical and functional testing and support FAT/SAT activities.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and product traceability.
• Coordinate with Production,



Engineering, R&D;, and Installation & Commissioning teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and high-voltage (HV) safety procedures.

Technical Skills Required
• Knowledge of BMS, PCS/Inverters, and HV/LV electrical systems.
• Understanding of battery voltage, current, capacity, contactors, relays, fuses, pre-charge circuits, and insulation.
• Experience with quality inspection, electrical testing, NCR, RCA, and CAPA.

Who Should Apply?
