"About the Role"

We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, integrated marketing and go-to-market initiatives for Alright TV's original content portfolio, including microdramas, web series and long-form entertainment.
This is an end-to-end marketing role for someone who understands how to build brands, translate consumer insights into marketing strategies, execute high-impact campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.





You will own marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and performance measurement, working closely with content, creative, digital, sales, partnerships and external agencies. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in brand management and integrated marketing, along with an understanding of digital-first businesses, entertainment and evolving audience behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen Alright TV's positioning and relevance among youth audiences.
• Translate business objectives, audience insights and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing plans.
• Identify opportunities to build distinctive brand properties, improve audience affinity and drive long-term brand equity.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, communication and audience experience across channels.
