Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, including roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and local activations.
• Identify potential markets and recent business development opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, residential communities, and potential partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.




• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, customer engagement, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or business development.
• Practical experience in executing on-ground promotional activities.

• Excellent coordination, planning, and execution abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on lead generation and business growth.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
