Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

considered)

What You'll Own
1. Outbound prospecting
Research and build target account lists of mid-market and enterprise companies
across India, US, UK, Middle East, and APAC.
Identify the right L&D;, HR, Talent, and Learning buyers within each account.
Execute multi-channel outbound sequences — email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp
where appropriate — with a level of personalization that actually gets replies.
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.

2. Discovery and qualification
Run first-call discovery with prospects — understand their training needs, L&D;

priorities, buying process, and budget cycle.
Qualify opportunities against our ICP and hand over sales-ready meetings to AEs
with clean notes, context, and next steps.
Keep CRM updated in real-time — activity, notes, contact data, sequence status,
disposition.
