Key Responsibilities:
- Patient greeting, registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Handling calls, patient queries, and complaints professionally.
- Providing information about hospital services, doctors, and procedures.
- Maintaining patient records, documentation, reports, and confidentiality.
- Coordinating with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Assisting with insurance/cashless coordination, wherever applicable.
- Maintaining an organized reception area and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Required Skills:




- Good spoken and written English; local language preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge; MS Office/hospital software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Punctual, organized, empathetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Work Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital/ healthcare reception or a similar role.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
