About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activities across paid marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, website management and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC and SEO, along with exposure to B2C & B2B marketing and B2B lead generation. You should be comfortable working with data, optimizing campaigns and landing pages, managing website updates, and using AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns with a focus on traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
· Manage technical SEO activities, including on-page optimization, website health, indexing, keyword performance and Search Console.
· Support LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation activities, including organic and paid campaigns.




· Drive B2C digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels and support B2B lead generation programs.
· Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics/reporting tools.
· Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, campaign ROI and overall channel performance.
· Work on landing page optimization, including content, CTAs, user journeys and conversion improvements.
· Manage day-to-day website updates and basic website administration, coordinating with internal/technical teams where required.
· Explore and implement AI tools, marketing automation and other productivity solutions to improve campaign execution and efficiency.
· Work closely with content, design, sales and business teams to align digital marketing activities with business objectives.
· Regularly identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, paid performance, lead quality and conversion rates.
