Salary: Fixed salary up to ₹25,000 per month, plus incentives on site visits and closures.
JBC Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Tele Callers to connect with prospective property buyers, understand their requirements and schedule site visits for our plotted developments, residential apartments and commercial projects in Lucknow.
In this role, you will:
• Make outbound calls to leads received through digital campaigns, property portals, databases and referrals.
• Explain project features, locations, pricing and payment plans clearly.
• Qualify enquiries based on the buyer’s budget, property requirements and purchase timeline.
• Schedule and confirm site visits and meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and respond professionally to inbound enquiries.
• Maintain accurate call notes, lead status and follow-up schedules in the CRM.




• Coordinate with Sales Managers to move qualified enquiries towards bookings.
• Meet daily calling targets and monthly site-visit targets.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in tele-calling or telesales, preferably in real estate.
• Clear, confident communication in Hindi; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Valuable listening skills and the ability to handle questions and objections professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• A disciplined approach to follow-ups and meeting targets.
• Minimum Class 12 qualification; graduates preferred.
• Familiarity with Lucknow’s property market would be an advantage.
