Role Description: The Production Manager at Osé Studios will oversee end-to-end production processes for ready-to-wear collections, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost targets are met. This full time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes coordinating with design, sourcing, and manufacturing partners, planning production schedules, and monitoring workflow from sampling to final delivery.



The role involves supervising factory and vendor relationships, resolving production issues, and enforcing quality standards aligned with the brand’s craftsmanship and fabric integrity. The Production Manager will track inventory and production metrics, optimize resources, and support continuous improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and ethical practices. The role also contributes to cross-functional communication, providing regular status updates and aligning production priorities with collection launches and business goals.

• Strong production management skills, including planning, coordination, and workflow oversight within fashion or apparel manufacturing.
