• Support preparation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules, milestones, and execution plans to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Track physical progress of project activities, prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations, and highlight critical issues requiring intervention.
• Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Safety, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project safety standards, quality requirements, statutory provisions, and company policies during project execution.
• Maintain project records, schedules, drawings, approvals, meeting minutes, and project documentation to support effective project control and governance.
