The Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, execution-oriented Manager – CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM marketing strategy and execution end-to-end for the India business.

This is a hands-on individual contributor ownership role. You will be expected to independently develop the CRM strategy, build and launch campaigns and journeys, write the communication, analyze performance, conduct RCA, and optimize outcomes — from start to finish, without relying on separate teams for day-to-day execution.

You will own CRM across email, WhatsApp, and SMS, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and manage lifecycle programs that nurture newly generated leads, accelerate the sales journey, and reactivate the existing India lead base.

The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a business problem, use data to understand what is happening and why, develop the right strategy, and then personally execute the solution end-to-end

What You Will Own

Own the CRM marketing strategy for the India business end-to-end — from planning and audience strategy to campaign creation, execution,



analysis, optimization, and reporting.
● Personally execute CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across email, WhatsApp, and SMS using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to build and launch campaigns yourself rather than only manage an execution team.
● Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-channel lifecycle journeys to nurture monthly-generated leads and support the sales cycle.
● Develop and execute reactivation and win-back campaigns yourself to re-engage the existing India lead base and drive program sign-ups.
● Own CRM-attributed revenue as a key business metric, working closely with sales and category teams to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
● Build and manage audience segmentation and lifecycle journeys based on lead behaviour, intent, engagement, profile, program interest, and funnel stage.
