Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including evaluating requirements, sourcing suppliers, and preparing and processing purchase orders for components and materials. The Purchase Specialist monitors delivery schedules, follows up with vendors to ensure timely supply, and maintains accurate records of purchases and pricing. Daily tasks include analyzing quotations, comparing technical and commercial terms,



coordinating with internal teams on purchase needs, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes. The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies related to orders and invoices, and contributing to cost optimization without compromising quality or authenticity of OEM components.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with experience in end-to-end procurement workflows.
• Candidates should have solid capabilities in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders, including vendor coordination and documentation.
