We’re Hiring | Social Media & E-commerce Executive – Vibha Paridhans

At Vibha Paridhans, we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on individual who can help us build our digital presence and grow our business online.

As a growing brand, we want to strengthen our social media presence while expanding into e-commerce. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of these areas and help us build everything from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

?Social Media Management
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan content calendars, create engaging posts and reels, and manage regular posting.
- Understand fashion trends, audience engagement and brand building.
- Help grow our online community and brand visibility.

?E-commerce Management
- Set up and manage our online selling channels from scratch.
- Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, images and catalogue management.
- Manage orders, inventory coordination, returns and day-to-day platform operations.
- Explore and manage marketplaces.





? Qualifications & Skills Required
- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or E-commerce will be preferred.
- 6 month to 2 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, content planning, reels and basic creative tools such as Canva.
- Practical understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, especially Meesho, including seller account setup, product listing, catalogue management, pricing and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for inventory, orders and sales tracking.
- Understanding of online customer behaviour, digital marketing and marketplace sales growth.
- Positive communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to build and manage digital operations from scratch.
