Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in the Mohali district. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews,



and coordinating technical and managerial interview rounds. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles. The HR Recruiter will also handle candidate communication, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in job fairs or campus drives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
