Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Trivandrum. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s identity. Responsibilities include driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and ensuring a clean,



well-organized store environment. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, resolving concerns promptly, and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will track key performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
