Summary

Supports revenue and profitability goals by selling products and services to new and existing customers using established sales methods and approved tools. Builds and maintains customer relationships by aligning offerings to customer objectives and requirements within defined sales approaches. Progresses pipeline activity by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities across approved engagement channels. Executes account planning activities and follow-up actions that support retention, growth, and service differentiation across designated accounts. Contributes market, customer,



and competitor insight while maintaining accurate sales activity records to support commercial decisions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships by evaluating customer needs and aligning solutions to defined requirements.
• Executes prospecting and opportunity generation activities through planned outreach and participation in customer-facing events.
• Follows up on leads and progresses opportunities through qualification, offer development, and closure within expected timelines.
• Executes account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term relationship value.
• Prepares customer offers with support as needed and ensures proposals reflect customer requirements and commercial parameters.
• Coordinates with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and advance growth opportunities.
• Records sales activities and opportunity updates in the customer relationship management system and develops leadership reports on customer
