We are looking for a fast-moving, highly creative Short-Form Video Creator who understands exactly how to make people stop scrolling, watch, share, and follow.

⚠️ Note: This is NOT a traditional corporate videographer or video editor position. We are specifically looking for an expert in Viral Videos, UGC, Creator Content, and Social Storytelling.

? YOUR MISSION
Turn our AI products into interesting, entertaining, and highly shareable consumer content. You will work closely with our Social Media Growth Manager to ask one question daily: "How can I turn this feature into a 20-second video people actually want to watch?"

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (The Full Cycle)
You will own the process: IDEA → HOOK → SCRIPT → SHOOT → EDIT → PUBLISH-READY VIDEO

• Create Diverse Formats: IG Reels, YT Shorts, FB Reels, UGC-style, product demos, problem-vs-solution,



before/after, humorous, and trend-based videos.
• Hook the Viewer: Create strong 1–3 second visual/audio hooks capable of stopping a scroll.
• Production & Editing: Shoot content (pro cameras & smartphones), direct presenters, and edit fast-paced vertical videos.
• Optimize & Iterate: Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and pattern interrupts. A/B test opening hooks and repurpose long-form content.

? WE NEED A CREATOR, NOT JUST AN EDITOR
Being technically excellent at CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is the bare minimum. You must understand content psychology. You should know:
✓ Why viewers stop scrolling & why the first 3 seconds matter.
✓ How pacing, captions, and curiosity affect retention.
✓ Why people share, save, and comment.
✓ How a video converts a viewer into a follower.
(A beautifully edited video is nice. A video that gets 1 million views is what we want).
