Role Overview

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to oversee campaign delivery, guide the execution team, and take ownership of high-priority escalations. This role bridges hands-on campaign experience with leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to move beyond day-to-day execution and focus on team oversight, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Oversight & Delivery
• Oversee 15–17 active influencer campaigns at a time, with approximately 4–5 creators per campaign.
• Work closely with execution POCs to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks early and take proactive steps to address them.
• Enable execution POCs to independently manage day-to-day campaign activities while maintaining overall visibility and accountability.
• Track campaign progress, pending deliverables, and critical deadlines across all active campaigns.
• Escalation Management




• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority issues involving creators, agencies, and campaign delivery.
• Resolve challenges such as delayed videos, pending scripts or approvals, creative disagreements, and other execution bottlenecks.
• Take ownership of resolving issues independently and ensure timely closure.
• Escalate only critical or unresolved matters to the founders, with clear context and recommended next steps.
• Team Coordination & Accountability
• Ensure transparent ownership of tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines across execution POCs.
• Monitor team performance and campaign progress without getting involved in routine execution.
• Identify recurring challenges and implement solutions to improve coordination and delivery.
• Guide execution POCs through challenges, helping them build problem-solving skills and take greater ownership of their campaigns.
