Outline India is a research and data organization. We collect intelligence from the grassroots — running field surveys, impact evaluations, and policy research across India and South Asia, working with clients like the World Bank, UNDP, Mastercard, Google, and GSMA. We're a growing team that operates at scale: designing studies, deploying field teams, and turning ground-level data into analysis that informs decisions at the highest levels.
Walk-in interviews are open from 15th Oct'26 onwards between 9:30-10am at our Gurgaon office.
⚡ Priority hiring: Early joiners preferred, subject to role requirements. We are currently hiring an HR Intern who is ready to learn, contribute, and explore how recruitment and people operations work in a real-world setting.
? You’ll gain exposure to:

• HR operations and engagement initiatives
• Supporting onboarding and employee records
• Learning the everyday workings of HR operations
? You could be a great fit if you are
• Graduate/PG in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
• Proactive , People-oriented and organized
• Positive in communicating & coordinating with cross functional teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Comfortable in closely working with managers/Founder
• Quick learner and pay attention to details
