Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, acquire international clients, and manage business development activities for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Acquire international clients for IT services, including web development and software development.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Handle client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Manage and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor lead generation,



conversion rates, and overall business performance.
• Develop strategies to improve client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements• 4–5 years of experience in business development within an IT service-based company.
• Proven experience in acquiring clients for IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Strong understanding of the international IT services market.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth and client acquisition.
