Job Description:
Key Responsibility
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities for the assigned healthcare client.
• Prepare invoices and accurately post receipts, adjustments, credit notes, and journal entries.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue balances, and drive timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies with client and internal teams.
• Reconcile AR, intercompany, and related general ledger accounts; post elimination entries and explicit outstanding items.
• Recognize revenue accurately and on time in accordance with contractual terms and U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare cash forecasts using expected collections, historical trends, and client inputs.
• Support month-end close, financial and management reporting, and audit requests.




• Maintain accurate records and comply with client requirements, internal controls, and healthcare data-confidentiality standards.

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, master’s degree in commerce.
• Experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or a related finance function.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition, account reconciliations, and cash forecasting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting healthcare clients or healthcare finance operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and healthcare data-confidentiality requirements.
• Experience with AR aging analysis, collections reporting, and month-end close.
