Key Responsibilities:

Core Finance





• Assist in executing the month-end close, ensuring all reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices, and process vendor payments and customer receipts in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and drive timely collections.
• Maintain AR/AP ageing reports and flag overdue or high-risk accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and track actuals against plan.
• Support the preparation of management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with audits, GST/TDS filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Business Operations

• Help streamline internal processes, including procurement, expense management, and vendor onboarding.
• Maintain contract records, vendor details, and software subscription trackers.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest tools or automations that improve productivity.
