This is a 90-day paid internship & converts to full-time on performance
Neuroid is a performance and content agency built for D2C brands - furniture, jewellery, skincare, apparel, F&B; - managing ad spend in crores every month. We integrate performance marketing with content and creative, so the ads and the assets behind them are built to work together, not handed across a wall.
We’re taking on three interns who’ll be running real campaigns inside the first fortnight, not making decks about them.
What you’ll do
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (2 roles) or Google Ads - Search, Shopping, PMax (1 role)
• Own daily reporting for 2-3 accounts: spend, ROAS, CAC, what moved and why
• Test creatives, audiences and landing pages with a senior buyer; present your findings every week
• Sit in client reviews and learn how a growth account is actually run
Who this is for
• You’ve spent your own money (or someone’s)
on ads and can explain what happened - a college project, a family business, a freelance gig, anything real
• You read numbers without flinching: ROAS, CPM, CTR, AOV should already mean something to you
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification is nice; a screenshot of an account you’ve run is better
• Comfortable in Google Sheets, curious about D2C, and fine with being told your idea didn’t work - then testing the next one
• Available full-time, in-office at Ghitorni (3rd Floor, 354, 100ft Road, near Ghitorni metro), starting November
