Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales, business development, operations, and corporate roles.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.




• Maintain recruitment trackers, build talent pipelines, and support employer branding.

Requirements
• Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in real estate hiring.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in lateral, bulk, or campus hiring is an advantage.
• Valuable communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
