Role Description The B2B Content Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and optimize content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for B2B clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and editing blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media copy, and aligning content with overall marketing and sales objectives.



The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand client offerings, conducting audience and competitor research, and measuring content performance to refine strategy. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hisar, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Qualifications
• Ability to develop B2B content strategies, plan campaigns, and align content with business and revenue goals.
• Robust writing and editing skills for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media, with attention to clarity and consistency.
• Experience in content marketing, including lead-generation assets, nurturing sequences, and thought leadership pieces.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO basics, analytics, and performance tracking for content.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) and translating complex ideas into simple messaging.
