We're looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who has excellent spoken English communication skills and enjoys interacting with clients.

If you're comfortable making calls, building relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating meetings, this role is for you.

At HYPLAP IT SOLUTION, you'll connect with potential clients interested in mobile app development, Ai solutions, custom software solutions, and website development. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, qualify leads, follow up with clients, and schedule and confirm meetings.

• Experience: 6 months to 1+ Year
• No. of Positions: 2
• Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business leads.
• Introduce Hyplap IT Solution and explain our IT services.
• Understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.




• Schedule and confirm meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update lead details in CRM or Excel.
• Handle initial client queries and build positive business relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and meeting-booking targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory.
• Strong confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
• Good persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle basic objections.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
• Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
