Role Description The BIM Architect at CADBRICKS will develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural and multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities include producing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, ensuring model accuracy, and aligning documentation with project standards and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to support design coordination, clash detection, and timely delivery of submittals and drawings. The BIM Architect will contribute to improving internal workflows, maintaining BIM execution plans, and integrating client feedback into project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings for detailed design and documentation.




• Candidates should possess proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for model development, coordination, and data management.
• Candidates should possess experience with Construction Drawings for accurate, buildable plans and coordination with site teams.
• Candidates should possess capability in preparing and reviewing Submittals to meet client, regulatory, and project requirements.
• Solid knowledge of relevant BIM and CAD tools is beneficial.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field and experience in AEC projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams are advantageous.
