Role Description The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager is responsible for driving current business opportunities and revenue growth for Trident’s digital transformation and technology solutions. This full time,



on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with enterprise and mid-market customers. The role includes preparing and delivering compelling product and solution presentations, coordinating demos with technical teams, and responding to RFPs and proposals. The manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities also include market research, sales reporting, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns that support Trident’s growth objectives.
