Role Description
roister is an AI revenue execution platform. We deploy revenue agents across every source of pipeline, from outbound and inbound to website visitors and CRM. The agents find, engage, and convert opportunities around the clock. Humans stay in the loop.

We're hiring a Content Marketer (Outbound) — full time, hybrid.

Role Description
You'll own the words and the thinking behind them, across every channel:
• Work on client strategy: understand each client's offer, customers, and market, and help decide what message goes to whom
• Develop campaign angles: turn a client's offer and ICP into distinct, testable messages. The right pain, for the right person, at the right moment
• Write email campaigns: short, specific, one idea per email, one clear CTA
• Write LinkedIn content, website copy, and landing pages that turn interest into booked calls

• Keep a library of proven hooks and angles so every campaign starts from evidence

Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, content, or copywriting (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Natural, conversational written English. Dense beats long, plain beats clever
• You can think about strategy, not just write to a brief: who the customer is and why they'd care
• You can spot AI-sounding copy and fix it
• Self-managed and reliable in a remote, async team
• No cold email experience needed. We'll teach you the outbound side; bring the writing and marketing instincts

No degree required. We care about what you've written and what it produced.
