About the Role - Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned, disciplined Factory & Admin Manager from an Armed Forces or BSF background to take command of our herbal processing plant and administrative operations in Jodhpur.



Your mission will be to bring military-grade operational rigor, security, crisis management, and team leadership to our manufacturing floor—ensuring seamless production, world-class hygiene and safety compliance, and zero-defect export readiness.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Plant Operations & Production Oversight:
• Supervise daily herbal processing operations.
• Ensure strict batch-to-batch consistency.
• Optimize manpower deployment, machinery uptime, and resource utilization while aligning with our zero-waste and sustainability goals.

General Administration & Facility Management:
• Lead all factory administration verticals, including plant security, gate control (material & visitor movement), housekeeping, transport/fleet management, canteen, and facility maintenance.
• Manage vendor negotiations, AMC contracts, and inventory of general factory consumables.
