Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Product,



and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Drive offer acceptance and joining conversions through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate data on Keka.
• Track hiring targets, turnaround time, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Exposure to hiring across multiple departments and functions.
• Candidates with a travel industry or travel-tech background will be preferred.
• Robust sourcing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
