Reporting to the Head of Sales, South Asia, the Associate Manager, Market Development, will be a key member of the Global Sales organization responsible for driving market growth, demand generation, and revenue execution across the South Asia region.

The role will focus on expanding Shure's presence within the Collaboration and Conferencing ecosystem by developing strategic relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, distribution partners, and alliance partners. Leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer engagement, this individual will help build pipeline, accelerate specifications, and drive adoption of Shure's collaboration, conferencing, networked audio, and enterprise solutions portfolio.

This position can be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development

• Drive business development, pipeline creation, and revenue growth within the Collaboration and Conferencing market to support regional sales objectives and long-term business growth.
• Identify, prioritize,



and develop strategic opportunities, key accounts, and emerging market segments to expand Shure's customer base and specification influence.
• Work closely with sales leadership, distribution partners, and system integrators to accelerate opportunity conversion and improve win rates.

End-User & Ecosystem Engagement

• Develop robust relationships with end users, consultants, technology influencers, and channel partners to position Shure as the preferred audio and collaboration solutions provider.
• Promote Shure's complete ecosystem, including conferencing, collaboration, networked audio, wireless, and software offerings, to drive cross-portfolio adoption and attachment opportunities.
• Influence project specifications and technology recommendations through proactive customer engagement and solution-based selling.
