RATNAMANI METALS & TUBES LIMITED Corporate Office - Ahmedabad Job Designation: Deputy Manage / Manager Job Location: Corporate Office - Ahmedabad (Vastrapur) Department: Purchase Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Experience: 12 to 15 Years Budget: Up to 10 LPA JOB DESCRIPTION: Factory Consumables Sourcing: • Source and evaluate high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, helmets, respiratory masks, high-visibility jackets, and specialized welding shields. Ensure all procured safety items comply with national and international industrial safety standards (e.g., OHSAS, ISO, and CE). • Source industrial lubricants, cutting oils, cleaning solvents, sealants, thread-lockers, and structural adhesives. Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure safe handling, storage, and regulatory compliance requirements are met during procurement. Services & Work Contracts • Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex Work Orders,



Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and labor contracts. Commercial & Vendor Management: • Conduct rigorous vendor evaluations based on cost, quality, financial stability, and delivery timelines. • Resolve commercial disputes; manage billing cycles, and process sub-contractor amendment orders. Education: • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering are highly preferred. • PG Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Materials Management is an added advantage. Technical Expertise: • Robust familiarity with Indian/International material standards (IS codes) and commercial tax structures (GST). • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems like SAP (MM module) or Oracle. Soft Skills: • Exceptional negotiation capabilities, strong analytical skills, and robust contract drafting acumen.
