Cartel.ai is building a trading-focused team and is looking for disciplined Forex traders who value market research, risk management, and measurable performance.

Responsibilities

* Analyse Forex markets using technical analysis, price action, and market structure.
* Develop and execute a consistent trading strategy.
* Maintain detailed trading records and performance reports.
* Follow agreed risk limits and drawdown controls.
* Review performance regularly and improve trading processes.

Requirements

* Demonstrable Forex trading experience.
* Strong understanding of position sizing, risk-to-reward ratios, and drawdown management.
* A documented track record or trading journal for evaluation.
* Ability to explain trading decisions and strategy.




* Professional conduct and a disciplined approach to risk.

Compensation structure

We offer two potential arrangements:

1. Independent Trader: Performance-based compensation under an agreed written profit-sharing contract.

2. Full time Trader: Fixed salary plus a performance-related bonus, subject to experience, responsibilities, and agreed targets.

Final terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Compensation, performance calculations, and applicable risk policies will be documented before trading begins.
