We are looking for a high energy, sales driven professional to lead business development and sales for Indlay, a technology led industrial real estate platform.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in industrial real estate, warehousing, logistics parks, industrial land or related B2B sectors, with a strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities• Lead end to end sales and business development across industrial land, warehousing and related assets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of manufacturers, occupiers, investors, developers and brokers
• Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into transactions
• Develop relationships with industrial and logistics ecosystem stakeholders
• Drive client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures
• Work closely with the product, marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion
• Maintain sales discipline through CRM, pipeline tracking, reporting and follow ups
• Help build scalable sales processes suitable for a growing startup





What We Are Looking For• 7 to 10 years of relevant sales / business development experience
• Strong experience in industrial warehousing, industrial real estate, logistics parks or industrial land
• Proven ability to independently generate and close business
• Strong network among manufacturers, occupiers, developers, brokers and investors is an advantage
• Highly sales oriented, target driven and commercially sharp
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving systems and processes
• Self starter who can operate with limited supervision and take ownership
• Solid communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Gurgaon / NCR based or willing to work from Gurgaon
