About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and results-driven HR professional with strong recruitment experience and a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying talent, developing effective hiring strategies, improving HR processes, and contributing to building a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain an organised recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

2. Innovative HR Practices
• Introduce creative ideas to improve recruitment,



employee engagement, and candidate experience.
• Explore current tools, platforms, and techniques to make HR processes more efficient.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest practical solutions.
• Use recruitment trends and data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Take ownership of HR initiatives and implement ideas that add value to the organisation.

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, internal communication, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
