Comprint Tech Solutions (CTS) is an enterprise IT infrastructure and IT asset lifecycle company. We
serve enterprises and channel partners across servers, storage, networking, end-user compute, and
enterprise spares. Beyond procurement, we run lifecycle businesses that include rentals and leasing
(device-as-a-service), refurbished hardware supply, annual maintenance and support services, and
responsible ITAD/e-waste processing with compliance documentation. Our focus is to make IT
infrastructure commercially viable, scalable, and supportable over the full asset lifecycle - not just at
the point of sale.

Role Summary
Drive top-of-funnel creation for CTS by generating qualified meetings and opportunities across
enterprise and channel segments. You will be the front line for outbound prospecting and will work
closely with KAMs and pre-sales to convert interest into pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
 Build and maintain a prospect list based on assigned territories/industries and CTS offerings.
 Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)



to book meetings for KAMs and business heads.
 Qualify leads using structured questions: current setting, pain points, timelines, budget signals,
and decision structure.
 Create and update leads/contacts/opportunities in CRM with clean activity logs and next steps.
 Coordinate with KAMs to prepare for meetings: customer background, current stack, and likely
solution area.
 Support basic proposal documentation: NDA initiation, meeting notes, and requirement summaries
for pre-sales.
 Track conversion metrics and improve scripts, objections handling, and outreach sequences.
 Represent CTS offerings accurately: infrastructure supply, rentals/leasing, refurb refresh,
spares/EOL, and compliant ITAD/e-waste.

Requirements
 MBA graduate (preferred) or strong equivalent business education.
 0-3 years in B2B business development/sales (IT industry exposure is a plus).
 Comfort with cold calling,
