Role Description

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare and process customer invoices as per PO/order terms.
Verify client details, GSTIN, PO number, location, MRP, quantity and billing rates.
Check invoice accuracy, GST calculations and applicable deductions.
Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct regular payment follow-ups.




Maintain customer ledgers and perform customer account reconciliation.
Coordinate with sales/operations for invoice discrepancies, credit notes and short payments.
Prepare AR ageing and outstanding reports.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices after checking PO, GRN, invoice and supporting documents.
Verify quantity, rates, GST, TDS and other applicable deductions.
Maintain vendor ledgers and perform vendor reconciliation.
Coordinate with purchase and vendors for invoice discrepancies.
Track due dates and prepare payment schedules.
Process debit/credit notes and maintain proper documentation.
Support month-end AP closing and reporting.
General Accounting Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting entries and supporting documents.
Assist in bank, customer and vendor reconciliation.
Support monthly closing and MIS preparation.
