Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, providing clear information on products, orders, customization options, and after-sales support. The specialist will resolve issues, manage returns or exchanges, and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from first contact through post-purchase follow-up.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and operations teams to address customer needs, and gathering feedback to improve service processes.
