About Testbook

Testbook is looking for a motivated and target-driven Global Career Counsellor to join its team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, experience in EdTech sales, and a proven track record of selling high-ticket courses or educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on suitable courses, career pathways, and learning opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend relevant educational programs.
- Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial counselling to final conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students and address their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counselling, or educational sales.
- Prior experience selling high-ticket courses or educational programs is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage leads independently and work in a target-driven workplace.
- Experience handling domestic or international student enquiries will be an added advantage.
