ANAROCK is looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager roles to drive residential property sourcing, channel partner relationships, and deal closures in Thane.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source CP's & Clients for residential properties and identify new mandate opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers and developers.
• Manage client interactions, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
• Identify new projects and explore business opportunities in Thane.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sourcing and sales targets.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
• Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for achieving business goals.
