Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Analytics
• Manage LinkedIn pages, develop monthly content calendars, and create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Analyze daily and monthly social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and respond to comments, messages, and audience enquiries.

Graphic Design & Creative Development
• Design greetings, LinkedIn creatives, product posters, brochures, magazine ads, print materials of all sizes, and other promotional content.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI image generation tools for creating visually appealing designs.

End-to-End Exhibition & Event Management
• Manage exhibition and event planning and execution, including exhibition enquiries, stall booking, stall fabrication, vendor coordination, and event promotions.
• Coordinate travelling, stall setup, material logistics, and in office operations
• Manage post-event follow-ups, budget / expense tracking, and lead report preparation.

Content Writing & Marketing Communications




• Write content for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, website blogs, articles, product brochures, case studies, presentations, and email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Scriptwriting & Voiceover Content
• Develop scripts for product videos, project showcases, process explainers, corporate videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare voiceover content to communicate product features, processes, and business capabilities effectively.

Sales & Marketing Presentations
• Create marketing and sales presentations to support promotional activities and business development initiatives.

Competitor Analysis & Digital Brand Positioning
• Monitor competitor marketing activities, digital campaigns, content strategies, and social media presence to analyze positioning and identify opportunities for brand visibility and market differentiation.
