Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role based in Delhi, India. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production cum Quality Executive / Inspector to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure product quality at every stage of the process.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with production staff for manpower allocation,



material availability, and smooth workflow.
- Conduct incoming, in-line, and final quality inspections as per defined specifications.
- Inspect product dimensions, identify defects, and ensure proper segregation of non-conforming products.
- Monitor production output, rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain production reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Identify production and quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, workplace safety, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, and other departments for efficient operations.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality inspection.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
