We are looking for an experienced P2P Process Excellence/PMO Manager to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay transformation, process redesign, automation, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of the broader P2P process, proven ownership of process transformation initiatives, project management expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end P2P process redesign, standardization, and optimization in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Digital, and GBS teams.
• Assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable future-state operating models.
• Lead P2P transformation and transition initiatives, including process migration, implementation, and adoption.
• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive project governance,



progress tracking, MIS reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, strengthen controls, and enhance process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ERP systems, workflows, and digital tools for process improvement.
• Manage testing/UAT, implementation readiness, training, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare and present governance reports, KPIs, project updates, and transformation outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business advantages.
