Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding. The individual will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and meeting hiring timelines across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid-level, and leadership roles.
• Understand manpower requirements and create hiring plans in consultation with hiring managers.
• Draft and post job advertisements across portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.




• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with hiring teams for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Generate recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring dashboards.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening
• Source quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
• Evaluate resumes based on job specifications and competency requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.

Stakeholder Management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
• Provide regular hiring updates and candidate market insights.
• Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
