Create & perform:
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
• Take part in video shoots and appear on camera for brand content.

Research & ideate
• Research trending topics, viral Reels, memes and creative content formats.
• Brainstorm original ideas around finance, business, careers and student life.
• Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to lift engagement.

Write
• Write engaging video scripts, hooks and captions.
• Shape each idea into a format that fits the platform and the audience.

Plan & produce
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.
• Help with basic video editing in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

Candidate Profile:
• You are confident and comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.
• You are interested in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• You understand social media trends and Gen Z content well.
• You have robust communication and storytelling skills.
• You are enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn.
