Role Overview

As Senior Quick Commerce Executive, you will own Sneakare's presence and performance across q-commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and emerging dark-store networks. You will drive cataloguing, availability, visibility,



and sell-through while working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and the founder's office to scale this fast-growing channel into a significant revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

1) Platform Ownership: Manage end-to-end operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other q-commerce platforms — including onboarding, cataloguing, content hygiene, and store-level availability.

2) Revenue & Growth: Own the q-commerce P&L; set GMV targets, drive week-on-week growth, and execute strategies to maximise share-of-shelf and brand visibility.

3) Inventory Planning: Work closely with the supply chain team to forecast demand, manage FIFO at dark stores, reduce out-of-stock instances, and optimise replenishment cycles.

4) Campaign & Promotions: Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, banner ads, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team to improve CTR and conversion.
