Role Summary
The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the Aesthetic Division is responsible for leading, driving, and scaling revenue growth across the designated geographic region. This individual will oversee sales operations for high-value medical aesthetic equipment, manage high-performing Area Sales Managers / Key Account Executives, and cultivate strategic relationships with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Clinics, and Anti-Aging Centres.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Strategic Growth
• Drive business strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for high-value capital aesthetic equipment.
• Identify key growth areas, market potential, and expansion opportunities across tier-1 and tier-2 cities in the assigned zone.
• Conduct high-level sales presentations, live technology demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

2. Key Account & Relationship Management
• Build and sustain relationships with top Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Physicians, and Cosmetology chains.




• Develop KOL networks across the zone to build clinical credibility and drive peer-to-peer advocacy for BTL technologies.
• Monitor post-sale clinical integration, ensuring high device utilization and customer satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & People Development
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Product Specialists.
• Set explicit KPIs, review team performance regularly, and provide field coaching to improve sales closing ratios.
• Implement structured pipeline tracking, CRM compliance, and territory management protocols.

4. Market Intelligence & Brand Engagement
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging clinical trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical application teams to organize regional workshops, clinical symposiums, and live workshops at key medical congresses (e.g., IADVL, ACSI, CDSI events).
