We are looking for a highly experienced MuleSoft Lead Developer / Integration Architect with robust IBM App Connect experience to lead enterprise integration initiatives, drive technical architecture, and deliver robust, scalable integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, lead development teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and actively contribute to coding and implementation. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, architectural capabilities, and delivery leadership.

? Key Responsibilities• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and IBM App Connect.
• Drive hands-on development, including API development, integration flows, coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews,



and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design and implement APIs using RAML and OpenAPI Specification (OAS).
• Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations, error-handling strategies, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Design, configure, and manage MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 deployments, including private spaces, ingress, internal endpoints, replicas, and clustering-related architecture.
• Support migration initiatives from CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution in challenging client environments.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Oversee integration testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
